"I *never* give a perfect score but this merits it. Saw business with a local number on a billboard and called; spoke to a real person - no phone tree - and signed up. Two to three weeks later I had a meet-and-greet at the office and got my car insurance and renters policies thoroughly explained to me. Takeaway was that I get a lot more coverage than I thought. I met staff face to face, I was repeatedly thanked for my business, and welcomed back. I would recommend State Farm anytime, for any insurance needs any person would have, and I especially appreciate the personal touch and ease of contact."
